The model has proven its effectiveness – globally. Now, we are poised for our next phase of expansion, scaling aggressively and preparing for our inaugural funding round.

To achieve this, we seek two driven co-founders to join our journey:

  • Sales & Marketing Co-Founder (CRO / CMO) – Spearhead learner acquisition, secure corporate upskilling contracts, and propel the brand nationwide and worldwide. Propose a growth strategy for scaling from our current base to 25K+ active learners.
  • Technical Co-Founder (CTO / Head of Learning & Labs) – Lead product & curriculum in AI/ML, develop and scale cloud lab infrastructure, and mentor our instructor network. Propose a technical roadmap for building scalable environments and training improvements.

We value strategic partners beyond capital investment.

The table highlights:

· Equity: 10–25% each (negotiable, tied to role & investment)

· Capital Contribution: ₹20–50 L each — mandatory for runway growth

· Commitment: Full-time, 3–5 years to build an enduring category leader
