Job Title: Network Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our network development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving business growth through strategic partnerships, and improving operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scouting and activating long-term network partners to expand our retail footprint in India. This will involve evaluating, proposing, and awarding partnerships to establishments in markets where opportunity exists. Additionally, the candidate will prepare evaluation reports for internal stakeholders and conduct discussions/interviews between potential partners and our representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and propose partnerships to drive business growth
  • Manage the partner appointment process from development to launch
  • Support regions in launches of new partners with coordination of marketing teams
  • Create a database of current network similar brands across potential markets
  • Continuously improve the network development process
  • Coordinate with sales operations teams to work on improvement and/or replacement of network partners

Requirements:

  • Strong networking and business development capabilities
  • Strong understanding of retail business models
  • A good understanding of automobiles and EV technology will be a definite plus
  • Postgraduate or graduate degree in Business or Engineering
  • 8-12 years of experience in network development, preferably from an automotive background
