Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our International Voice Process team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in transaction quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to enhance Transaction Quality and Delivery
  • Manage Call Quality & Client related KPI's
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions in improving transaction quality
  • Enhance Quality Management Processes / framework to improve quality delivery
  • Capture and analyze SLA/SLO metrics and provide insights on client needs
  • Implement process improvements and generate innovative ideas to drive business growth
  • Ensure process control & Compliance and manage audit requirements
  • Provide feedback to Front Line Recruitment Teams on new hires to ensure successful integration

A successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in people management, data handling, and communication skills. They should be able to drive initiatives to closure, provide leadership and motivation to build high-performing teams, and handle all levels of employees effectively.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable.
