Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Staffing:
    • Lead the hiring process, ensuring timely and cost-effective recruitment of top talent.
    • Develop and implement employee onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
    • Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment.
    • Manage performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve employee performance.
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Encourage employee engagement through regular communication, recognition, and reward programs.
    • Maintain accurate records of employee data, including attendance, leave, and performance metrics.
  • Factory Administration:
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the factory.
    • Implement security measures to protect company assets and personnel.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
    • Enforce discipline and maintain a respectful work environment.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Prepare and present regular reports to management on key HR metrics, including recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including payroll, benefits, and performance reviews.
  • Payroll Management:
    • Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Requirements: 10+ years of experience in factory HR roles, MBA/MSW qualifications. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
