Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in design, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate client briefs into compelling visual solutions.

The successful candidate will lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all work aligns with clients' brand identities and marketing goals. This role requires someone who balances creativity with practicality, delivering engaging and innovative designs that captivate audiences while staying true to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery, setting deadlines and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a diverse portfolio showcasing varied design work, including branding, digital, web, and motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to deliver high-quality designs.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a creative role, demonstrating growth and leadership in design positions.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Additional knowledge of AfterEffects is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design work.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for clear project communication.
