Senior Branding Specialist Job Description

We are a brand development agency working exclusively with fashion and lifestyle brands. From mid-market to luxury, we create iconic visual identities — from logos and packaging to websites and campaigns.

This role is designed for highly qualified creative professionals who bring both academic pedigree and proven industry experience. You're an ideal fit if you have:

  • Education: Fashion/design institution (e.g., NID, NIFT, Pearl Academy, Srishti, or international equivalents).
  • Professional experience: 5+ years in graphic design, strong focus on logo design and branding systems.
  • Experience: Worked with fashion brands and understand luxury aesthetics.
  • Certifications: Graphic design or digital media.
  • Digital Media & Design studies/specialization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logo & Identity Design: Unique, premium brand marks and complete identity systems.
  • Custom Packaging: Luxury packaging (tags, boxes, bags, tissue, ribbons) with a focus on finishes and detail.
  • High-Quality Mockups: 2D & 3D product and campaign mockups for presentations.
  • E-commerce Assets: Website layouts, hero banners, campaign graphics, and social media templates.
  • Patterns & Illustrations: Original, brand-specific motifs for print and digital use.
  • 3D Visualization: Photorealistic renders for packaging and product concepts.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign mastery.
  • Strong command of 3D design tools (Blender, Keyshot, Adobe Dimension, etc.).
  • Print production techniques understanding (dielines, CMYK, embossing, foils, Pantone).
  • Portfolio demonstrating fashion or lifestyle brand projects with premium aesthetic quality.
