Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Game Artist to create engaging and polished in-game art assets, UI components, and visual elements. As part of our team, you'll work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and creating 2D game art assets (characters, props, environments, VFX, icons) for mobile/web apps.
  • Developing UI asset packs for mobile/web applications (components, states, layouts).
  • Maintaining style guides and ensuring visual consistency across screens and states.
  • Leveraging AI tools to speed up creative workflows, such as ideation, variations, textures, batch exports.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship projects on time and meet client expectations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing 2D game art and UI work (links required).
  • Proficiency with design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (Procreate welcome).
  • Understanding of visual hierarchy, readability, and accessibility principles.
  • Clean export/handoff: naming, slicing, densities, and asset optimisation.
