Business Systems Quoting Specialist

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing quote-to-cash processes to drive end-to-end process improvements. You will work closely with sales and renewals teams to identify, recommend, implement, and support sales and quoting processes.To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • 5+ years of experience managing and optimizing quote-to-cash processes, with a proven track record of driving end-to-end process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and CPQ platforms, including their capabilities, limitations, and integration best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of product configuration rules, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows, with experience implementing scalable governance models.
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract lifecycle management and subscription management processes, including renewals, amendments, and billing alignment.
  • Solid background in regression testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and system integration testing, ensuring system stability and seamless cross-platform functionality.
  • Experience developing process documentation, training materials, and enablement content to support business users and drive adoption.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Logik, with the ability to support both functional and technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and drive continuous process improvements.
Your Impact:
  1. Work closely with Sales and Renewals teams to identify, recommend, implement, and support sales and quoting processes.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope requirements, develop, design, and implement solutions for Sales & SalesOps, Channels, Finance, OrderOps, and Customer Success teams.
  3. Responsible for building and demonstrating CPQ prototypes in Salesforce.
  4. Act as a single point of contact for the business regarding all Salesforce CPQ-related processes.
  5. Implement Product Configuration, Product Attribute-Based Dynamic Pricing, and advanced approval configurations using CPQ Price Rules, Product Rules, Option Constraints, Configuration Attributes, Summary Variables.
  6. Contribute to future enhancements with product managers, including building complex bundle structures with dynamic pricing for improved customer satisfaction.
  7. Design CPQ architecture for optimized performance from quote creation to order fulfillment.
  8. Assist with regression, UAT, and system integration testing for existing and new CPQ processes (Steelbrick).
  9. Facilitate and participate in all phases of the business process enablement life cycle of the Salesforce CPQ platform.
