Majesco Billing System Lead

Our organization is seeking an experienced Majesco Billing System Expert to support contract-based projects. This role offers opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a skilled individual to configure, test, and maintain Majesco Billing systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in premium billing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliation to minimize errors and delays.
  • Collaboration with business teams is essential to gather requirements and implement billing solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • The successful candidate will provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Participation in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect tracking, and resolution is crucial to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Majesco Billing systems is required.
  • Knowledge of insurance billing processes, including P&C or Life/Annuities/Health, is necessary.
  • An understanding of policy administration, claims, and integration with billing systems is also required.
  • Strong skills in SQL, data validation, and reporting are essential.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams are necessary.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Majesco Policy or Claims modules is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and Jira/Confluence is a plus.
  • A basic understanding of Java, APIs, and integration points is beneficial.
