Program Director

The role of the Program Lead involves driving key enterprise-wide initiatives, including Business Planning and Change Management. This requires identifying strategic issues facing the organization and providing insights and recommendations.

Key responsibilities include conceptualizing, designing, and executing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives by working with various stakeholders. This involves forecasting strategic and operational variables, simulating and creating best-fit plans based on market profiles, and monitoring relevant metrics.

The Program Lead will also be responsible for managing periodical reporting of strategy performance and coordinating with internal functions to drive planning activities.

Additionally, this role requires supporting and managing CXOs in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. This includes working on go-to-market strategies, annual business-wise plans, and identifying growth opportunities.

The Strategic Initiative PMO is another critical component of this role. The Program Lead will lead and drive key strategic initiatives, develop comprehensive project plans, and ensure their successful execution. This will involve close collaboration with Infosys delivery teams and external consulting firms.

The job also requires developing business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, and ROI analysis. In terms of business development, the Program Lead will facilitate competition bench-marking, deal benchmarking, and prepare intelligent analysis periodically.

This role also involves preparing environment scans, competitor insights, and reports on customers and presenting them periodically. Conducting an internal consulting project to support units and briefing kits for any kind of engagement are other important aspects of this role.

Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to exercise considerable judgment in building relationships across all levels in the organization. Work collaboratively across functions to create buy-in to achieve deliverables is also a must.

Ability to work under limited supervision, high pressure, and produce timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment with good quality and end-user satisfaction is required. Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentation skills), with attention to detail, are also essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative, are necessary for this role. A good understanding of data management and collection, modelling, and interpretation across complex data sets is also required. Financial statement knowledge is essential as well.
