Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Coordinator

">Role Overview:

The Equipment Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Analyze data and metrics to optimize maintenance strategies and improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance scheduling or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong computer skills required to navigate multiple programs at a rapid pace.
  • Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment.
