Job Title: Service Bulletin Specialist

At our organization, we're seeking a skilled Service Bulletin specialist to play a crucial role in creating and updating complex service bulletins. This position requires the ability to analyze source files and create authoring for medium and complex service bulletins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and updating draft service bulletins using Epic Editor tool.
  • Proofreading drafts to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Providing technical support to team members.
  • Conducting necessary meetings to improve the quality of deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing medium and complex authoring of Airbus service bulletins.
  • Ability to interpret Airbus engineering drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of Simplified Technical English (STE).
  • Excellent collaboration skills.

Tools and Technologies:

  • Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Arbor text, SAMM DACAS, ARINA, AIRNAV, GILDA, TAKSY, eDRS, APS.
  • Basic knowledge of Airbus tools is an advantage.
