We are seeking a highly motivated Front Line Manager to join our team in Global Operations - AI (GO-AI). This role is responsible for leading a team of 20-25 Backoffice associates and ensuring process deliverables per SLA, team, and workflow management.

A Day in the Life
In this role, you will lead, motivate, and manage a team of high-performing individuals who work together to ensure exceptional customer service experiences. Your responsibilities will include measuring team developmental and performance goals, conducting regular 1x1 sessions with team members, and ensuring all processes are conducted in compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a high-performing team of 20-25 Backoffice associates
* Measure and track team developmental and performance goals
* Conduct regular 1x1 sessions with team members to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals
* Ensure all processes are conducted in compliance with company policies and guidelines
* Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a Customer Service or Backoffice environment, with at least 18 months as a team leader/team manager
* Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Strong presentation, feedback, and coaching skills
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

About the Team
The Global Operations - AI (GO-AI) team handles exceptions remotely in the Amazon Robotic Fulfillment Centers globally. GO-AI seeks to complement automated vision-based decision-making technologies by providing remote human support for tasks that require higher cognitive ability and cannot be processed through automated decision making with high confidence.
