We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Powai, Mumbai, India. This is an on-site position that requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for welcoming participants to our data collection project, leading them through the data collection session, and ensuring that the audio recordings adhere to project guidelines. Your primary responsibility will be to capture data for the assigned project, aiming to reach the targeted daily goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand project-provided documentation to assist participants
  • Interact with participant(s) and lead them through the data collection session
  • Acknowledge and resolve participants' issues, escalate unsolved issues
  • Capture data for the assigned project, aiming to reach the targeted daily goal
  • Convey session details to the Project Manager and Production team
  • Communicate and coordinate with project team
  • Interact with various hardware & software
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with technical proficiency capable of using a Mac, iPhone, and comfortable working with Terminal in macOS
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions
  • Good typing skills and accuracy
  • Availability for the entire duration of the project (approximately 2-6 weeks)
Estimated Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month

This salary range is estimated based on industry standards and location. Compensation may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
