Job Title: Product Support Leader

Our company seeks an experienced leader to drive product quality, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration. As the highest technical authority, you will lead a large field support team for industrial diesel and gas engines, alternators, control panels, and synchronization systems.

  • This role is crucial for mentoring, developing, and managing complex issues within these systems.
  • Responsibilities include leading New Product Introduction (NPI) support and ensuring PBIT readiness for new industrial products, working closely with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
  • We require deep technical expertise in industrial engines, a minimum of 15 years of experience in product support or field service, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is necessary. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for success.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with distributed field service teams to provide effective on-site support, advanced technical assistance, and streamlined diagnostic procedures.
  • They will serve as a pivotal liaison, facilitating seamless communication between product support and various internal departments, with a strong emphasis on NPI integration.
