Job Description

We are seeking a talented Research Associate to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will play a crucial role in supporting all phases of quantitative and qualitative research projects.

You will assist with research design, questionnaire development, data analysis, and storytelling. You will also help drive quality control processes at each step of the research lifecycle, from checking survey programming logic to proofing reports and presentations for accuracy.

In addition, you will partner with internal and external operations teams to drive projects forward on stringent timelines. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations through visual, creative, and story-driven reports.

Your responsibilities may include assisting with proposal writing and research design, drafting, reviewing, and formatting survey questionnaires, testing and approving final survey links for accuracy, monitoring soft launches, ensuring data accuracy in Decipher, creating data table specs and monitoring fieldwork progress, analyzing data, developing client reports, and crafting insights-driven stories.

You will also collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us deliver high-quality research results that meet our clients' needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should have a solid understanding of market research principles and methodologies, as well as experience working with software applications such as Microsoft Office 365, Google Drive, and Asana.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, or Economics, is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in languages other than English is a plus.
