Job Description: As a Creative Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day project management and execution within a specific vertical. This role focuses on managing production tasks from brief to delivery, adhering to all internal processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets on time.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively. You will be working closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve any operational issues.

In addition to project management, this role involves ensuring compliance with all due processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows, while maintaining accurate records and updates.

  • Project Management: Coordinate and execute daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from initial brief to final asset delivery.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, with exposure to project management in creative or agency environments; familiarity with BFSI or Non-BFSI sectors is a plus.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production workflows, including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and basic client interactions.
