We're Hiring: Production Manager – Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

Engko Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our PEB manufacturing operations. If you have a strong background in steel fabrication, production planning, and team management, this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complete PEB production activities (fabrication, assembly & quality control).
  • Ensure timely execution of projects with adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Optimize production processes for cost efficiency and maximum output.
  • Coordinate with design, planning, and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate production staff.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
  • 5–10 years of experience in PEB industry / steel fabrication.
  • Strong leadership, planning & problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of production equipment, quality standards & safety norms.
