Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations.
  • Ensure production schedules are met with optimal resource utilization.
  • Monitor workflow, efficiency, and output to achieve targets.
  • Manage and lead production staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality control teams to align production requirements.
  • Implement and maintain health, safety, and compliance standards on the shop floor.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and drive cost-effective production practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely material availability.
  • Prepare and present regular production reports, KPIs, and progress updates to management.
  • Handle troubleshooting of production issues and ensure minimal downtime.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in production/operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in production management software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
