Job Title: Oracle EBS Project Manager Lead

Overview:

  • Seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee and coordinate Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation projects from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, encompassing technical, functional, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Ensure all project deliverables meet high quality standards and adhere to established business requirements.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  5. Provide regular project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  6. Effectively manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors.
  7. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  8. Facilitate project meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  9. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 15 years of cumulative work experience, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP (EBS Suite) / EBS implementations.
  2. Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex project challenges.
  5. Experience working in fast-paced environments with adaptability and flexibility.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Knowledge of data digitization processes and infrastructure implementation.
  2. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to apply these frameworks effectively.
  3. Understanding of change management and business process reengineering principles.
