Oracle EBS Project Manager

Exp : 10+ yrs

Job Description :

- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP, Agile, or Prince2.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, and support projects from initiation through closure.

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, risk management, and budget.

- Coordinate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

- Manage project resources, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure objectives are met.

- Ensure proper integration between Oracle modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM) and legacy or third-party systems.

- Act as liaison between business units and Oracle functional/technical teams.

- Track project milestones and deliverables, reporting status to stakeholders.

- Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation assessments.

- Manage change requests, scope creep, and issue resolution effectively.

- Ensure compliance with internal processes, IT governance, and data security standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP or Prince2 certification.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) migrations is a plus.

- Background in manufacturing, finance, or healthcare industry is a plus.

- Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud ERP experience.
