Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS implementation professional to lead and manage our E-Business Suite (EBS) projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage EBS projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in computer science or related field from a recognized university.
  • Post-graduation degree in MBA or PGDBM.
  • Minimum 15 years of total work experience including minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP (EBS Suite) / EBS implementations.
  • Should have worked as a Project Manager for minimum Two large projects of System Integration (More than INR 20 Cr.) with Central / State Govt. / Private Organizations in Power Sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite modules and functionalities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
