Job Title: Treasury Risk Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing debt transactions, building and maintaining relationships with lenders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage debt fundraising processes, structuring debt transactions, and negotiating loan terms
- Buid and maintain relationships with lenders, rating agencies, and investors to secure funding
- Ensure adherence to RBI/NBFC regulations and maintain compliance with lending frameworks
- Develop funding strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management
- Assess funding risks and mitigate exposure through close collaboration with other teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
- Strong network with lenders, including banks, NBFCs, DFIs, and structured finance players
- Prior experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks is essential
- Expertise in structured finance, term loans, working capital loans, and credit lines
- Solid understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations, due diligence, and loan documentation
- Strong negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills
