Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and manage our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud management, vendor management, and IT administration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of cloud-based systems for security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business needs.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Management of relationships with IT vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing.
  • Monitoring of vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • IT Administration:
  • Oversight of daily IT operations, including servers, networks, and storage systems for availability, performance, and security.
  • Implementation of IT policies and procedures for efficient and secure operations.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field or a Diploma in Engineering in Information technology or Computer Science is required along with minimum 7 years of experience in information technology infrastructure management, strong knowledge of cloud platforms, and experience in managing IT vendors and negotiating contracts.

Technical Skills:

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, cloud computing platforms, and services, cybersecurity principles, and budgeting and financial management for IT projects.
