System Architect

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our organization in the role of Technical Architect.

• With over 13 years of experience in online charging systems, you will have a solid foundation in this field. Specifically, at least 4-5 years have been dedicated to solution architect roles focused on Matrixx online charging system.
• A deep understanding of online and offline charging principles is crucial for success in this position.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using the Matrixx Digital Commerce Platform (DCP) is highly valued.
• A strong work history in Matrixx Product offer configurations, including balances, meters, normalizers, filters, price configurations, decision tables, Normalizer Chaining, parameterized price components for dynamic charge configuration requirements, side loader changes, and parameterized offers, is essential.
• Experience in configuring catalog items, product offers, bundles, and notifications for price plans is also desirable.
• Extending Matrixx Data containers and event files as per requirements requires expertise.
• The use of the Matrixx test framework for validation of offers is a valuable skill.
• Datadog and Grafana for application monitoring are tools that should be familiar to the ideal candidate.
• Proficiency in Python & Shell scripting is necessary.
• Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, Snowflake, and MongoDB on cloud platforms is advantageous.
• Expertise in 3GPP standards for charging, including Diameter interfaces (Gy, Gx, Sy) and 5G Service Based Architecture (SBA) interfaces (Nchf), is required.
• Integration with Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) / Policy Control Function (PCF) is an important aspect of this role.
• Online Charging for 5G services integration with other network components and AVPs configuration as per requirements require experience.
• The ability to architect the observability stack (monitoring, logging, tracing) using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, to ensure deep visibility into the platform's health and performance is beneficial.
• Technical expertise in Telecom Networking protocols (DIAMETER, SS7, MAP, INAP, CAP, SNMP, etc.) and web service protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.) is necessary.
• Strong experience in REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, Kafka, and JMS is required.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and deploying applications on public/private AWS cloud platforms is advantageous.
• CI/CD experience on AWS will be an added advantage.
• Resolving technical issues reported for the environment requires problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of the end-to-end telecom flow and logical thinking towards issue resolution are essential skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality technical documentation and present to leadership teams, are necessary.
