Job Description:

Genpact is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to lead large-scale Record to Report teams. As a key player in driving business transformation, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end preparations.

Your primary objective will be to close books on time while maintaining the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling aligned processes, including General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting, and Balance Account Reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large R2R teams and ensure timely completion of month-end activities
  • Ensure all metrics are met as per agreed KPIs/SLAs targets
  • Handle aligned process - General Accounting, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Reporting, Balance account reconciliations
  • Ensure client happiness and successful external & internal audits
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled accounting graduate with prior experience in leading teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel.

A strong analytical mindset, coupled with problem-solving skills and the ability to handle team and client discussions, is essential for success in this role.
