Formulation Manager

We seek a highly skilled Formulation Manager to lead our formulation development and research initiatives.

This is a pivotal role that requires technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes for regulated markets.
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes using Design of Experiments (DoE) and Quality by Design (QbD).
  • Screen manufacturing sites based on formulation and process complexity/feasibility.
  • Lead technology transfer functions with adequate project management skills.
  • Define procedures for seamless product transfers between development and manufacturing.
  • Provide guidance as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for pharmaceutical processes and technologies.
  • Define and implement standards for formulation technology transfer.
  • Initiate and facilitate capacity enhancement, cost reduction, and time cycle reduction projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Expertise in formulation development of various dosage forms.
  • Hands-on experience in technology transfer and scale-up.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
