Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Skincare Formulation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing topical formulations tailored for dermatology and skincare applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct literature reviews and feasibility studies to support new product development, aligning product concepts with market trends and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, quality, packaging, and production, to scale up formulations for manufacturing and ensure all formulations comply with relevant regulations.
  • Troubleshoot formulation challenges, provide innovative solutions, and maintain accurate documentation, formulation records, and technical reports.
Requirements
  • Masters degree or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in formulation development for cosmetics, personal care, or dermatology products.
  • Strong knowledge of raw materials, active ingredients, excipients, and delivery systems used in skincare formulations.
  • Hands-on experience in stability studies, scale-up processes, and regulatory compliance.
