**Job Title: ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant**

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITOM modules, with a focus on operational technology (OT) visibility and asset management. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing midserver configuration, CMDB, discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) with a strong understanding.
  • Applying knowledge of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.
  • Understanding how OT network functions work and the Purdue Model architecture.
  • Prior experience in implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow is highly beneficial.
  • Developing a moderate understanding of database level architecture and writing SQL queries.
  • Scripting automated processes using business rules, script actions, etc.
  • Configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform.
  • Developing ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB data alignment & automated data population, data import, etc.
  • Documenting development, configuration, and technical details, and preparing training material for projects.
  • Implementing the CSDM framework for Operational Technology and documenting end-to-end data alignment processes, including CMDB & CSDM processes and procedures.
  • Developing training material and training stakeholders on new processes and procedures.
  • Helping identify issues, gathering data, analyzing, and presenting solutions.

As part of our team, you will represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
