ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced OT Solution Specialist to join our team and contribute to the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow platform in a large-scale production environment.

  • The ideal candidate will have 4-12 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, data alignment, and automated data population.
  • Prior knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph Connector (SGC), and Networking concepts is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Industrial control systems, OT networks, and Purdue Model architecture is also required.
  • Previous experience with implementing OT Visibility, OT Asset Management, and OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow is a plus.
  • The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, Power/Shell scripting, and Database level architecture.
  • They should be able to script automated processes, write SQL queries, and document technical details.
  • This role requires strong collaboration skills to work closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuration and enhancements of ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform.
  • Developing ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB Data alignment & automated data population, data import.
  • Documenting every development, configuration, and technical details & preparing training material for project.
  • Implementing the CSDM framework for Operational Technology an end-to-end data alignment process document including CMDB & CSDM process and procedures.
  • Developing training material and training necessary stakeholders on the new process and procedures.
  • Helping in identifying issues, gathering data, analyzing, and presenting solutions.
