Job Title: Audit Operations Manager As an Audit Operations Manager, you will be responsible for conducting regular and surprise audits of branches to ensure compliance with established procedures. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Conduct regular and surprise audits of branches to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Assess the overall risk management framework in place within each branch and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with branch staff and senior management to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and address any operational weaknesses or inefficiencies that may impact business performance.
  • Support the audit team in their work and assist in the preparation of audit reports.
  • Provide guidance and training to branch staff on audit procedures and best practices.
  • Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline.
