Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting comprehensive test cases and scripts for Swift CPBR+, RTGS
  • Management of testing environments for each phase
  • Collaboration with business and technical groups for QA & UATs, defect triage, and articulation
  • Effective management of test failures and resolutions
  • Experience in SWIFT ISO/CBPR+ adoption, Swift MT-MX message creation, transformation, and enrichment
  • Expertise in payment hub & routing systems: Fiserv EPP, GTX, Prowide, BESS, etc.
  • Proficiency in integrating JIRA and Confluence
  • Proven experience in both Waterfall & Agile project environments

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in payments Business and/or Technical Analyst roles in Capital Markets and financial industry with specific expertise in Swift and Fiserv payment platforms
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
