Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Automation Expert to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of advanced industrial control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, production tracking, and data analytics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing real-time data acquisition and visualization solutions. They will ensure seamless integration of industrial control systems with enterprise IT systems and databases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and deploying advanced industrial control systems
  • Developing and maintaining secure and efficient data exchange using standardized protocols and technologies
  • Managing industrial databases and ensuring high availability and performance
  • Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs
  • Providing technical leadership in digital transformation initiatives such as Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing
  • Troubleshooting, optimizing, and supporting existing industrial control systems deployments to ensure minimal downtime
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in manufacturing operations, production tracking, and data analytics
  • Proficiency with database technologies and SQL programming languages
  • Hands-on experience with industrial control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and plant floor connectivity
  • Knowledge of industrial standards, including ISA95, ISA88, ISA99, and IEC 62443
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Experience with cloud-based industrial platforms and containerization technologies
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in industrial environments
