We are seeking an experienced automation expert to join our engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining automated test suites for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain automated tests using Cypress for end-to-end UI testing.
  • Develop and extend test frameworks in C# and TypeScript for API, integration and unit testing.
  • Configure and schedule nightly executions of UI tests using GitHub Actions
  • Analyse test results, triage failures and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
  • Write clear, maintainable and reusable test code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Continuously improve test coverage, performance and reliability.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers on automation tools and techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in test automation for web applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing.
  • Proficiency in C# and/or TypeScript with solid object-oriented programming fundamentals.
  • Experience building and maintaining test frameworks e.g. NUnit, xUnit, Jest.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines, repos, artifacts and test plans.
  • Working knowledge of AWS provisioning, IAM and basic troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows feature branches, pull requests, code reviews.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
