Performance Tester

We're looking for an experienced Performance Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality and reliability of our systems by identifying and resolving performance issues.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of performance testing types, including load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability. They will also have hands-on experience with multiple performance testing tools such as NeoLoad, LoadRunner, JMeter, and APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, or Prometheus.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on Experience:
    • NeoLoad (scripting, correlation, parameterization, results analysis)
    • LoadRunner (VuGen scripting, Controller execution, Analysis reporting)
    • JMeter (test plan creation, distributed testing)
  • Strong Understanding:
    • Performance testing types – load, stress, endurance, spike, scalability
  • Experience:
    • APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, or Prometheus for monitoring
    • Ci/Cd integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Solid Knowledge:
    • Web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, SOAP, WebSockets)
    • SQL and database performance validation
    • OS-level performance monitoring (Linux, Windows)
  • Familiarity:
    • Cloud-based performance testing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Shell) for automation
    • Microservices architecture and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
