Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled software quality assurance specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop test plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Create comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing.

  • Implement quality assurance best practices to maximize test coverage and minimize defects.

  • Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium and BDD framework to improve efficiency.

  • Analyze test results, track software testing metrics, and prepare detailed reports to inform decision-making.

  • Mentor junior software test engineers to foster growth and development within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 7+ years of professional work experience in software testing – manual & automation and quality assurance practice.

  • Experience in testing web applications, databases, and APIs.

  • Strong expertise in functional and non-functional testing, including system, integration, regression, database, performance, stress, etc.

  • Proficient in quality assurance methodologies and REST API's.

  • Good knowledge of database technologies like SQL server, MySQL, etc., and configuration management, version control, etc.
