Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership & Governance
  • Safeguard accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Guide strategic decisions by overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes.
  • Implement and enforce budget control measures across the organization and portfolio entities.
  • Consolidate financial data from multiple businesses, ensuring precision, compliance, and transparency.
  • Detect opportunities to optimize costs, streamline operations, and boost profitability.
Strategic Finance & Partnership
  • Evaluate and validate financial reporting for the organization and portfolio entities.
  • Provide due diligence and oversight during investments, M&A, fundraising, and exits.
  • Present actionable insights on capital allocation, ROI, and performance optimization to leadership.
  • Develop financial strategies aligned with growth and scaling objectives.
Negotiations & Contract Oversight
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and employees.
  • Manage financial/legal negotiations to secure optimal outcomes.
  • Partner with the legal and business teams to minimize risks and improve deal terms.
Performance Management & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Drive company-wide and employee-level performance management, linking KPIs to financial outcomes.
  • Support leadership in establishing compensation structures tied to performance and cost efficiency.
  • Create dashboards and reporting tools to track business, team, and portfolio performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and legal counsel.
Team Leadership & Oversight
  • Lead, mentor, and challenge finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Establish strong internal controls, compliance processes, and risk management frameworks.
  • Ensure all finance team outputs and portfolio company reports are reviewed, validated, and optimized.
