Job Description

As a Communications Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing effective internal and external communication strategies across various channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing corporate communication plans that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Managing internal communications, including emails, presentations, newsletters, and social media content
  • Researching, writing, and editing content for emails, newsletters, the company website, infographics, social media, and other communication channels
  • Planning and initiating communication initiatives for organizational events
  • Maintaining knowledge of the organization's policies, brand guidelines, style guide, and staying up-to-date with relevant developments
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a communications specialist, preferably in a large organization
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills for all platforms
  • Solid understanding of project management principles
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities across locations and teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
