
Sales Development Professional

As a sales professional, you will be part of a dynamic team that aims to make business debt more accessible. Your primary role will involve calling and engaging with potential leads, qualifying and classifying them, maintaining lead data in CRM, and scheduling follow-ups for the sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn about fintech and B2B markets while developing strong communication and people skills. You will work closely with senior leadership and gain hands-on experience in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential leads through phone calls and ensure timely follow-up.
- Qualify and classify leads based on their potential and assign them to relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM.
- Coordinate and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
- Develop a thorough understanding of fintech and B2B markets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Confident, proactive, and organized individual with a passion for sales and fintech.
- Student or graduate in Business or equivalent preferred but not required.
