Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive strategies to promote investment and drive significant production growth in the mining sector.
  2. Provide expert advice on exploration, geology, mine development & design, extraction & beneficiation, refining.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis on regional mining industry trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  4. Collaborate with mining companies, investors, and local communities to promote sustainable mining practices.
  5. Establish and implement performance metrics to track progress.
  6. Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools, and intellectual property related to mining sector trends and innovations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mining fields or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the mining industry and overall experience of minimum 8 years in research and consulting.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mining areas, including exploration, resource evaluation, mine development, and beneficiation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Teamwork and Project Management: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
