We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling machine learning solutions that optimize customer targeting strategies across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling, with expertise in classical ML models, logistic regression, random forest, gradient boosting, SVM, K-Means Clustering, and Time Series Forecasting.

You'll also have experience working with big data and real-time processing technologies like Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, and Elasticsearch. Additionally, you'll need to partner with cross-functional teams to drive merchant acquisition and engagement.
