Business Process Excellence Manager

The objective of this role is to drive business process excellence by implementing strategic initiatives and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial assessments to evaluate the stability and creditworthiness of potential partners.
  • Budget Management: Develop, track, and manage annual and activity-based marketing budgets for General Trade (GT) and Organized Trade (OT) partners.
  • Compliance Oversight: Oversee full and final settlement processes, ensuring all financial obligations are closed within defined timelines.
  • Reconciliation and Tax Compliance: Perform monthly TDS reconciliations, focusing on Sections 194C (contracts) and 194R (benefits/perquisites).
  • Partner Support: Serve as a key liaison for partner organizations, addressing business queries, financial disputes, and operational escalations.
  • Order Return and Claims Evaluation: Analyze return orders to validate authenticity and assess financial impact.
