Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead the development and execution of our supply chain strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a scalable, agile, and reliable supply backbone for Tavira's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Supply Chain Strategy: Develop a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Vendor & Production Leadership: Establish strong relationships with processors and manufacturers across key hubs like Jaipur, Surat, Banaras, and Tirupur.
  • Demand & Inventory Planning: Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement efficient systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics.
  • Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing Tavira Supply team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, merchandising, retail, and finance teams to ensure seamless collection rollouts.
