As a seasoned SAP Ariba Sourcing expert, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring the platform to meet the needs of our business.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals, as well as hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).

  • Develop and implement customized sourcing solutions to drive procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Support end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba with other systems as needed to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on sourcing best practices and process improvements.
  • Conduct thorough testing, training, and user support to ensure system adoption and success.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of SAP experience, with 3+ years focused on SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes, including RFx, auctions, and contract management.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions, such as Sourcing, Contract Management, and SIPM.
  • Familiarity with integration and stakeholder management principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with downstream Ariba modules.
  • Knowledge of global template rollouts and multi-country implementations.
  • Understanding of supplier enablement and compliance processes.
