We are seeking a skilled Proposal Content Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This role involves leading storyboard sessions, researching, developing, planning, and writing of compliant technical material and compelling proposal content.
- Develop high-quality proposals, qualification documents, presentations, and other meeting materials.
- Maintain quality results by utilizing templates, readability, consistency, and tone.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Bid/Proposal Manager to develop a proposal that meets client needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Objectives
- To deliver completed written proposal responses to the Proposal Manager against agreed RFP deadlines.
- To escalate issues as required.
