The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality content that effectively evaluates and improves LLMs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • Native proficiency in English and a deep understanding of cultural nuances.
  • Experience in LLM evaluation, content moderation, or linguistic QA is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle issues in language use, tone, and cultural references.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and evaluation templates.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree or PhD in a relevant field is required.

Additional Preferences:\
  • Prior experience with content writing or prompt engineering or LLM testing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar LLM platforms.
  • Ability to clearly articulate reasoning behind rubric ratings or prompt edits.
