Finance Executive Position Overview

This role involves working with the Finance and Accounting team to support various financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Updating project/client data to facilitate informed decision-making and accurate reporting.
  • Creating charts and summary tables for enhanced data visualization and analysis.
  • Ensuring timely reconciliation of project/client data with organizational databases and accounts.
  • Preparing detailed reports on projects and clients, highlighting potential issues.
  • Invoicing clients promptly for services rendered and handling related queries.
  • Resolving vendor disputes, reconciling statements of accounts, and managing GST return filings for compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinating TDS filings for the entity and assisting with compliance audits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree; CA Inter Pass is an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Finance team.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate financial details.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
