We are seeking a seasoned expert to take on the role of Fusion SCM Functional Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality work products, implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs, and applying best practices.

As a Fusion SCM Functional Lead, you will demonstrate expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. You may act as the team lead on projects, effectively consulting with management of customer organizations, participating in business development activities, and developing detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

The Fusion SCM Functional Lead is expected to possess SCM functional expertise, experience in one or more modules like Procurement Suite, and at least 3-4 full life cycle implementations. Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner, self-motivation, and willingness to learn are also required.

  • Deliver high-quality work products to engagements.
  • Implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
  • Apply best practices.
  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
  • May act as the team lead on projects.
  • Effectively consult with management of customer organizations.

  • Develop detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Required Skills/Experience

  • SCM functional expertise.
  • Experience in one or more modules like Procurement Suite covering Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Approval Management AMX/BPM, Inventory Management, Order Management, Pricing, Sales and Service Contract, Install Base, Manufacturing, Planning.
  • At least 3-4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience.
  • Having experience in conducting architecture, design, and solution workshops, conceptualizing and articulating integration designs and conducting Conference Room Pilots.
  • Having experience in configuring the Applications in a client-facing role.
  • Bachelor of Engineering or master's degree in business administration (MBA) with 5 to 10 years of total experience in EBS or Cloud Application Implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal, mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner.
  • Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive. Should have the ability and willingness to learn.
  • Should be good team player and have good analytical skills.
