About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing strategy, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven and ROI-focused paid performance strategies.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing paid media campaigns across multiple online channels, owning end-to-end campaign management, and continuously tracking and optimizing KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and AOV.

Additional duties include managing performance marketing campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces, coordinating with marketplace teams, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and platform-specific nuances.

This role requires a strong grasp of analytics, audience segmentation, and data-driven decision making.
