Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Consumer Marketing Executive with 5-7 years of experience to lead and execute brand and consumer engagement strategies across channels. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of consumer behavior, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering ROI-driven marketing campaigns. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, market share, and consumer loyalty through data-driven and insight-led initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and execute annual brand marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Drive positioning, messaging, and brand narrative that resonates with target consumers.
Consumer Insights & Market Research:
- Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to shape strategy.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to assess brand health and campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, and influencer channels.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Digital & Performance Marketing:
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics (CAC, ROI, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Liaise with product, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with trade marketing and e-commerce teams to align offline and online brand efforts.
Budget Management:
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI on spends.
- Track expenditures and report on campaign performance and return on investment.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in consumer marketing.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications and digital media.
- Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Nielsen, Kantar, etc.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a creative flair.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience launching and managing brands in a competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institution is a plus.
